Thermal Imager HY 2688/2988G
Thermal, or infrared energy, is light that is not visible because its wavelength is too long to be detected by the human eye. Unlike visible light, in the infrared world, everything with a temperature above absolute zero (-273.15℃) emits infrared, or “heat”, even very cold objects, like ice cubes. The higher the object's temperature, the greater the IR radiation emitted. Thermal imaging device allows transformation of invisible infrared images into visible images, enabling us to see the unseen with our eyes.
By producing images of invisible infrared or "heat" radiation, thermal imaging cameras provide precise non-contact temperature measurement capabilities. Nearly everything gets hot before it fails, making thermal cameras extremely cost-effective, valuable diagnostic tools in many diverse applications.
HY 2688/2988 series thermal cameras are using the latest uncooled Focal Plane Array (FPA) Flir Detectors, with high temperature sensitivity ensuring the tiniest temperature differentiation being detected.
Applications in electrical maintenance, industrial process monitoring, quality assurance, building diagnostics, home inspection etc.
